The eye is naturally known as the camera of the entire body. It is what the body uses to see what goes around it. This is why it is very important for people to pay attention to their eye health as it matters a lot.
The needs to be well taken care of and exercises are necessary for promoting the health of your eye. There has been some exercises studies have found to help promote better eye health.
Here are some best exercises for your eye
1. Roll your eyes
Rolling your eyes is one of the many exercises which you could do with your eye. All you have to do is roll your eyes left and right, up and down severally.
Studies have found that rolling your eye in this pattern could help you a lot with your eye sight.
2. Follow the 20-20-20 rule
When you are focused on a task for a long time. Stop every 20 minutes and focused on another thing 20 feet away from 20 seconds.
3. Practice near and far
Once in a while, it is important for you to put one hand near your eye and another fear from your eye. For two seconds focus on each hands individually.
4. Palms for relaxation
It is important that when practicing this one, you cover your eyes with your hands for 30 seconds but not tight. Remove after all afterimages have turned to black.
