The fourth mistake most pregnant women make is avoiding seat beat. Many pregnant women avoid seat belts thinking it will harm the baby. However, an accident can cause serious damage to the baby.
Wearing High Heels
Last but not least is wearing high heels. This is because during pregnancy it is difficult to balance on heels. Also, a slip or fall can be dangerous to the mother and the baby.
