Again, Dangote truck crushes rider, passenger to death, mob reacts
For crushing a commercial motorcycle rider and hisp assenger to death in Ibese, Yewa North, Ogun, a Dangote Cement truck went up in flame thanks to an angry mob June 18.
The dead victims were on the Igbogila-ilaro road when the accident—a collision— happened when the driver swerved, according to witnesses.

As always, in the Friday incident, the driver however, escaped while the ride and the passenger died right there
The Ogun Traffic Compliance and Enforcement Corps (TRACE) confirmed the incident on Saturday.
“According to eyewitness accounts, the Dangote truck driver engaged in reckless driving. He left its lane to face the motorcyclist and the pillion passenger at his back in the other lane and crushed them to death,’ said TRACE spokesman, Babatunde Akinbiyi.
“An angry mob later set the Dangote truck on fire while the driver ran away. The case is being handled by the Dangote Plant Police Post.”
One of the corpses has been buried by the family while the other remains in a mortuary.
