Aggrieved APC chieftain decamps to SDP
A Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, Oyo State Chapter and gubernatorial aspirant who failed to secure the party’s ticket, Chief Adebayo Adelabu has reportedly resigned his membership of the party.
According to reports, the former CBN Deputy Governor is planning to join the Social Democratic Party, SDP.
This move from Adelabu is coming a few hours after he lost the APC gubernatorial ticket to Senator Teslim Folarin, a former PDP member who joined the APC.
Meanwhile, a former secretary to Oyo State Government, Chief Sharafadeen Alli has pulled out of 2023 Oyo South Senatorial contest for APC ticket.
