Bandit, 14, confesses, sleeps with kidnapped women
The operatives of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, Zamfara State Command, have successfully apprehended a 14 years old bandit, whose name was given as Sani Suleiman.
In the information that was given by the spokesperson of the command, Mr Ikor Oche, said that the suspect hailed from Kadage village of the Zurmi Local Government Area of Zamfara State and that he was apprehended by officers of the NSCDC during a routine patrol on the 7th of February, 2022, at around 1am in the middle of the night, at Samaru area of Gusau, the state capital.
He further said that after the suspect was arrested, he was brought in for investigation, as they later discovered that he is a trained bandit, who knows how to handle weapons.
Investigation revealed it that the arrested suspect was trained by one bandit-kingpin, Salihu, at Sububu forest, on weapons handling, as he further confessed that he has participated in cattle rustling and kidnapping activities before.
Sani further said he do forcefully sleep with women whenever they kidnap them.
