We are all familiar with the saying, “for every successful man, there is a woman behind”. However, did you know that for many of the successful businesses around us, there is also a woman, inspiring and advising them to reach their growth goals?
This woman is Brittney Jones, one of the biggest female entrepreneurs and business coaches in the world right now. Brittney, who goes by the handle @brittneyceo online, has recently been awarded the title of Top Female Entrepreneur to follow for 2020.
Brittney’s journey to this stage in her life, unlike her teaching methods, was not at all straightforward. When she was in school, Brittney was often discouraged to give up her dreams for entrepreneurship in place of more traditionally profitable careers.
Most didn’t take her passions seriously and for a while, even she allowed herself to be swayed by other’s opinions. Although Brittney went on to business school for her higher education, she still didn’t believe she could make it in the business world and instead chose a 9-5 corporate job at a bank.
Her dreams would have been put on hold forever, if one day a woman hadn’t come up to her, asking for tips to grow her online business model. Brittney had subconsciously never given up on her childhood desires and was, maybe without deeper thought, maintaining an Instagram account where she would share her experiences and lessons from business school.
Although her account wasn’t very popular at the beginning, it wasn’t much longer after this first incident that her account took off. Requests came flooding in, asking for Brittney’s opinion and advice and this rekindled the spark within her. Brittney didn’t delay any longer and left her office job, for she had found her true calling as a business analyst and coach.
At the beginning of this new chapter of her life, offers were few and the poor woman struggled to even scrounge up $2K in a month. But Brittney has always been a born businesswoman and she soon built her way up to $70K per month. It is no surprise now that she is currently earning over half a million and is on her way to earning on a scale of 7-figures for 2021. Brittney uses this example to convince her potential customers.
However, after the first few meetings, all her clients have reviewed her methodology to be 10/10. This is because Brittney always includes tips and tricks which are sure to succeed and have shown positive results in real-life implementation.
She is completely against scammers who provide advice that does not bear results and then blame it on sudden market disruptions. This is because she feels that since she has also seen such days of intense struggle, it is her duty to share her client’s burden and empathise with their struggles.
