Ganduje commiserates with sick Kano State PDP Chairman
Kano State Governor, Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, at the weekend, visited the State PDP Chairman, Alhaji Rabi’u Dansharu Kiru, who is presently receiving medical attention at Aminu Kano Teaching Hospital in the state capital, for an undisclosed illness.
According to a statement by Halilu Ibrahim Dantiye, Director – General on Media and Communications, the governor, who was accompanied by the Speaker of the State House of Assembly, Alhaji Kabiru Alasan Rurum, and the Commissioner for Health, Dr. Kabiru Getso, was received at the hospital by the former Speaker of the State House of Assembly, Alhaji Gambo Sallau.
Governor Ganduje, who expressed sympathy to Alhaji Rabi’u Dansharu expressed gratitude to Allah that the patient is responding to treatment.
Responding, the ailing PDP Chairman, Alhaji Rabi’u Dansharu Kiru, thanked the governor for the concern about his wellbeing.
The former Speaker of the state House of Assembly and stalwart of the PDP in Kano, Alhaji Gambo Sallau commended Gov. Ganduje for his compassion and liberalism.
