Hoodlums enforcing sit-at-home kill 2
Hoodlums attempted to enforce the weekly sit-at-home order which the proscribed IPOB that initiated it suspended across the southeast last year.
The gunmen who drove in an ash-coloured Toyota Sienna car disrupted traffic at Topland, Amechi Road, Mayor Bus-Stop on Agbani Road within Enugu South Local government.
As they sporadically into the air and set vehicles on fire, two persons, according eyewitnesses died.
Unconfirmed report said that two persons lost their lives on Agbani Road, Enugu during the incident.
The gunmen were also reported to have stormed NOWAS Junction in the Trans- Ekulu Area of Enugu East Local Government, forcing people to run for their lives.
They also fired shots into the Institute of Management and Technology (IMT), Ogbette Main Market area, Naira Triangle, Thinkers Corner, Garki Awkunanaw, among other areas.
