ISWAP abducts three brothers from Borno royal family
The Islamic State of West Africa Province, ISWAP, has abducted three brothers from the royal family of Askira Uba Emirate of Borno State.
According to PRNigeria, Mohammed Askira, 50, was kidnapped alongside his two brothers while traveling to Maiduguri, the Borno State capital after attending a function in Askira Uba town.
Sources said the three siblings are all brothers to the present Emir of Askira Uba, HRH. Dr. Abdullahi Ibn Mohammad Askirama.
The wedding Fatiha of the Emir’s daughter, Fatima Mai Abdullahi, was held on Friday, November 5, at Askira Emirate palace.
