Jessica Mack: Stepping on success with grace

With an impressive record in her academics, Dr Jessica Mack is an Occupational Therapist, certified personal trainer, lifestyle expert, chef, content creator, and food blogger.
Intending to start something new she began creating recipes, learning food photography, learning about food preparation. Through college, she collected recipes from magazines and books.
She stopped eating meat at the age of five since she was “picky”, and was always looking for healthy and filling foods which made her attempt to do something new and interesting.
She started this as a hobby when she was virtually bedridden.  People loved sharing her recipes and were looking for ways to incorporate meatless meals into their weekly plans.
Moreover, she wanted to share those meatless meals can be served more than simply “meatless Monday” and make it not surprising and obvious for the non-veg eaters.
She made several media appearances, launched a successful blog, created a successful business hosting virtual cooking classes, and more.
In 2020, everyone was staying home, and they turned to food as a way to spend time and as a means of comfort.  Her website served as a way to educate and inform.
The wide use of social media has helped her spread her passion and happiness. She made a name mostly through social media—IG and Facebook. More and more people were showing interest in her work and was sharing and helping her grow.
Talking about her personal life, Jessica Mack shares that the biggest challenge was regarding her health. She has been able to overcome the fatigue, she also experienced incessant fevers, weight loss, muscle contractures, and more.
She overcame the challenges of her diseases by keeping the faith, focusing on my blog, and staying connected to my community online.
Expressing her gratitude, she mentioned that she is grateful that she did not give up before the miracle happened.  She was also grateful for a strong support system including her husband, her family, and her friends.
 Focusing on raising her daughter also helped Jessica to stay motivated to stay alive. Exercise and meditation also played a significant role. She expresses her interest in producing a cookbook, her own cooking show, and a line of cookware.
