Just in: Buhari casts vote, displays ballot paper at polling unit
President Muhammadu Buhari in the early hours of today casted his votes for the Presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Bola Tinubu and other candidates of the party at the Sarkin Yara A Kofar Baru 01/003 polling unit in Katsina, his home state.
President Buhari after voting was seen displaying his ballot papers to everybody at the polling unit.

Speaking with newsmen after casting his vote, President Buhari said he has on several occasions expressed his preferred candidate and he implored all his supporters to vote for APC candidates in both the presidential, senate and House of Reps candidates.
“I have said it at several gatherings that my party’s candidates are my preferred candidates. And I have told my people to vote for them,” he added.
Meanwhile, some people have expressed their reservations on how President Buhari after casting his vote displayed his ballot paper for all see.
