Juventus, AC Milan in Supercoppa Italaina battle
It has been officially confirmed that Juventus and Milan will compete for the Supercoppa Italiana in Saudi Arabia on January 16.
The Bianconeri won both Serie A and the Coppa Italia, so will face the beaten finalists in the Super Cup.
It had previously been confirmed that the match was scheduled some time between January 12 and 16, and it has now been announced that it will be played in Jeddah on January 16.
The Supercoppa has previously been played in Tripoli, New York, Beijing, Doha and Shanghai.
There have been protests from groups such as Amnesty International about playing in Saudi Arabia due to the country’s human rights record.
