Man arrested for stabbing his bestie to death over a misunderstanding in Ondo

A man, simply identified as Niyi is in police custody for allegedly st@bbing his bestie identified as Oyebanji Michael, to de@th over a misunderstanding.

It was gathered that the unfortunate incident happened on Saturday, July 23 at their residence in Akure, Ondo State.

“They had an argument over money and Niyi, clearly not in the right frame of mind, went to the kitchen to fetch a knife with which he used to stab Michael in the neck.

However, Neighbors who observed the commotion quickly rushed the victim to the hospital and he was pronounced dead on arrival. Meanwhile, Niyi was whisked to Ala police station where he’s currently thinking about his life,” a source said.
