Man declared wanted after incinerating his wife
A man identified as Akpos has taken to his heels after he b¥rnt his wife, Wosilat, at their residence in Ojo Ijanikin, Lagos.
It was gathered that the incident happened on Saturday, November 5. A source reports that the couple engaged in a fierce argument before the suspect set his wife ablaze and locked her up in the kitchen.
“Wosilat was rushed to the hospital after the incident but she passed on this morning. We suspect Akpos killed his wife for money rituals because just before her demise, Wosilat, – a mother-of-four – had informed her mother that her husband had taken her to his village to do some rituals.
She noted that he quarreled with her and d¥mped her on their way to Lagos from Delta State. We are hoping that Akpos will be caught and face the full wrath of the law,” a source familiar with the incident said.
