There are so many foods we enjoy today without knowing that the method which we use in preparing them is wrong. Such foods include Moi-moi which is our major concern in this article.

Moi-moi is a type of food made from beans hence, it is called bean pudding. Before we can eat this food, it must be subjected to heating.

Most times, we prepare this food in the wrong way which can actually cause cancer. Well, this article explores one way which we prepare Moi-moi that causes cancer.According to experts, this wrong way is cooking Moi-moi with nylon or plastics. A lot of times, some people have formed the habit of cooking with nylon.

What we should know is that, when nylon or plastics undergo any sort of heating especially at high temperature, they release chemicals which have been found to cause cancer.

So, when Moi-moi are prepared with nylon, dangerous chemicals such as bisphenol and dioxin are released which mix with the food and we end up eating them to the detriment of our health.

Cancer is a type of disease that arises from free radicals in the body which are malignant, and can affect any part of the body or organ.

It is prevalent in today’s world because, a lot of people ignore the little things they should avoid which may give rise to this disease. In the past, bean pudding was usually made with leaves which give it a unique taste after preparation.

These leaves are organic, natural, harmless and have been found to be safe for our health but these days, nylon and plastic have taken over.

This contributes to the many diseases which people are suffering today. So, we must learn to stop this method of using nylon to make Moi-moi to be on a very safe side.
