Police shot dead female suicide bomber, arrest another in Borno

The Nigerian Police Force, Borno state police command on Wednesday arrested a suspected female suicide bombers and another shot dead.
According to the Borno state Police spokesperson said that two women were nabbed about 0700hrs after been sighted behind Mega filling station in Molai area, while attempting to infiltrate Maiduguri town.
The two female suicide bombers, aged 18yrs old, were intercepted by security personnel on duty.
National Daily further gathered that while one was arrested, the other one was shot dead.
However, men of the Nigerian police Explosive Ordinance Department were later drafted to the scene and mopped up the IED.
