Presidency 2023: Reno Omokri chides Tinubu, says APC candidate lacks capacity to govern Nigeria
A social commentator, Reno Omokri, has chided the presidential candidate of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, saying that the APC candidate for the 2023 presidential election lacks the capacity to successfully govern Nigeria and manage the diversity of the country.
Omokri berated Tinubu for the political game of manipulating the attendance of ‘bishops’ at the unveiling of his controversial running mate, Kassim Shettima, in Abuja. The manipulation of the bishops was widely perceived to be a plot to pretend that Christians in the country support the APC Muslim-Muslim presidential ticket of Tinubu and Shettima.

Reno Omokri @renoomokri declared: “If Tinubu couldn’t organise a successful unveiling of his running mate, and had to hire fake Christian ‘Bishops’, how can he successfully govern Nigeria? Can Nigeria be safe at the hand of a man who desecrates Christianity so wantonly? Nigeria will burn under Tinubu” #TableShaker
He insisted: Reno Omokri @renoomokri
“Bola Tinubu obviously can’t manage our diversity. The only thing fuelling his ambition is desperation. And that desperation will lead to our separation!
“We have not found a way to end the menace of unknown gunmen, we do not need the problem of unknown bishops too!” #TableShaker
