Rugby: NRFF to plan for Africa Cup
THE Nigeria Rugby Football Federation’s technical team has commenced plans for the Africa Cup 15s which is billed to hold in July, 2016. According to Technical Director; Fasimoye Olatunji, “Rugby Africa informed us last week about meeting in Morocco to finalize plans for the event. The program is not yet finalized but a final decision should be made at their next executive meeting later this month. However, the new proposed date for the Africa Cup Tournament is 9th July to 17th July”.
The NRFF is looking at camping the Black Stallions for 10 days in Rabat, Morocco before the Tournament kicks off as they believe this will allow a proper blend of our Local and foreign based players.
