Sani chides Buhari over corruption in CBN

Senator Shehu Sani, responding to reports on financial transactions in the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) in recent years, chided former President Muhammadu Buhari over the magnitude of corruption in the CBN during his administration.

Sani decried that the CBN was the most opaque and fraudulent institution of government in Nigeria int he Buhari administration.

Shehu Sani noted that the fraud was perpetuated under the leadership of Buhari, a President “who has historically accused his predecessors of state heists.”
