Sanwo-Olu, Hamzat show up at APC Women rally for Tinubu/Shettima in Lagos
Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos State and his wife, Ibijoke; including Deputy Governor Obafemi Hamzat and his wife, Oluremi, showed up at the All Progressives Congress (APC) women rally in Lagos on Monday to mobilise support for the APC presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, and his running mate, Kashim Shettima, for the 2023 elections.
The State APC Chairman in Lagos, Cornelius Ojelabi; former Deputy Governor Oluranti Adebule, and Lagos APC Women Leader, Jumoke Okoya-Thomas, also participated in the rally tagged, ‘Lagos Women Support Walk for Tinubu/Shettima, Sanwo-Olu, Hamzat’.
The women from Lagos Island went through Mobolaji Johnson Arena, formerly Onikan Stadium, waving APC flags and brooms, mobilizing support for Tinubu, and for the second term re-election of Sanwo-Olu and Hamzat.
Governor Sanwo-Olu commended the women for their mass mobilization of support in the state.
