A stakeholder in Rivers State on Wednesday congratulated the Caretaker Committee Chairman of Port Harcourt City Local Government Area, Ezebunwo Ichemati.
The stakeholder in a goodwill message stated: “Congratulations my Brother and Friend Ezebunwo Ichemati, the Care Taker Committee Chairman, Port Harcourt City Local Government Area, Rivers State.
“Port Harcourt people are proud of you and will support you to make a positive impact in Port Harcourt City Local Govt.
