Tinubu to jet off to New York for 78th UNGA
President Bola Tinubu will depart Abuja on September 17, 2023, to attend the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) 2023, which will be held in USA.
Ajuri Ngelale, Special Adviser to the President on Media & Publicity confirmed this on September 15, 2023. He said that the President, besides the main event of the UNGA, will be meeting with key economic stakeholders around the world.

“Aside from the engagements he’s going to be having at the General Assembly, aside from the act of participation that the Nigerian delegation will be engaging in at the Assembly, there are a series of very important side activities that will have wide-ranging ramifications.
Following Mr. President’s successful trip to New Delhi for the G-20 Summit & the staggering amount of investment he has been able to attract to Nigeria, he is going to continue advancing very aggressively on his economic development & diplomatic drive to attract foreign investment into the country.
