Why Chelsea dont want to sell Willian in January
Chelsea are reluctant to sell Willian in January despite interest from Barcelona, according to ESPN FC.
The Blaugrana reportedly saw a £50 million (€56m/$64m) offer for the Brazilian rejected, with Chelsea keen to keep the 30-year-old for a top-four push this season.
Willian has 18 months remaining on his current contract. However, this doesn’t look like a deal Barca will want after this window. His age is already a deterrent. At 30 he only has two years to play for Barca.
