You need to deworm if you do any of these 5 things
If you don’t take care of your worm infection, it can lead to death; if you do these activities, you should deworm frequently.
Worm infestation is a prevalent health problem that must be dealt with quickly or it can be fatal.
Round worms can cause dry cough and wheezing, hookworm can induce anemia (iron deficiency), and unusual worms can cause serious health problems.
Children are especially vulnerable to worm infestations, so it’s critical to keep a close eye on them and make sure they wash their hands frequently, don’t eat anything from the floor, and keep their surroundings clean.
Itchy anus, loss of appetite, weariness, abdominal pain, vomiting, and other symptoms connected with worm infestation are clues to use worm expeller/deworm.
If you (or your children) do these behaviors, you should deworm frequently:
1. Take a barefoot walk
Walking barefoot on grass is one of the most surefire ways to obtain a worm infestation.
If you walk barefoot on a regular basis, you should deworm your feet.
2. Drink Water That Has Not Been Filtered
If you consume unclean water or don’t know where it came from, you should deworm frequently because this is how worms enter the body, causing health problems and, in some cases, death.
3. Swimming
If you swim in public pools, you should deworm periodically because drinking/inhaling untreated and polluted water in any form is a quick way to introduce worms (and diseases) into your body.
4. Animals
If you have pets and frequently kiss and peck them, you should deworm frequently because contact with these pets/animals can transmit worms into the human body/system.
5. Milk
Drinking milk frequently is another way (in rare circumstances) for worms to enter the body, therefore if you drink all kinds of milk all the time, it’s important to deworm frequently.
Other examples include not washing hands frequently (dirty hands), not thoroughly washing fruits and vegetables, and more.
