23-yr-old man commit suicide after fatally shooting eight people
A young man, who fatally shot eight people including a Nigerian, has died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound in Illinois, USA.
23-year-old Romeo Nance shot a total of nine people in four separate crime scenes but one survived.
He was found dead by US Marshals near Natalia, Texas around 8:30 p.m. on Monday, January 22. This comes hours after the suspect fatally shot seven persons in two homes on West Acres Road.
Joliet police said they found two people dead in one home, and five more dead in another home.
The night before, Will County Deputy Sheriff Dan Jungles said his deputies were called to a home at 5 Pheasant Run Lane, where they found a person with a gunshot wound to the head.
The victim, identified as 28-year-old Toyosi Bakare, was taken to a local hospital where he died from his injuries. The Nigerian had been in Will County for the past three years.
