By OKOSUN DENNIS
The Federal High Court sitting in Abuja has adjourned the arraignment of the former Chief of Defence Staff, Air Chief Marshal Alex Badeh, to March 7.
The former CDS was accused of diverting N3.9 billion from the accounts of the Nigerian Air force by the Economic and Financial Crime Commission (EFCC).
It was learnt that the case could not hold as scheduled as the trial judge, Justice Abang Okon was absent in court as he was said to have travelled out of jurisdiction.
The court had earlier fixed Thursday for his appearance for Badeh to enter his plea to the 10-count charge the EFFC preferred against him.
