Things that should never be found in your bedroom
There are certain things that should not be found in your bed room even though some people might see them as normal things. The bedroom is a place of relaxation and the things listed below should not be found in your room.
Cell phones: Cell phones can disturb sleep pattern. The blue light emission from cell phones can disturb your melatonin production hereby tricking your brain to believe it is day time instead of night time and cause your sleep pattern to be disrupted.
Pets: You should avoid having pets in you tor room especially if they are not toilet trained. A pet that is not well trained will mess up your room and attract germs that will eventually affect your health.
Bright colors: Painting your bedroom with bright colors are not suitable for sleep. Relaxation becomes harder when colors are bright and might make you tensed up.
Food: Having a meal in your bedroom or on your bed is not the best option. You might finish a meal and feel too lazy and tired to return your plates to the kitchen. You might get so forgetful that you might leave an unwashed plate in your room for two days thereby inviting germs to come and feast. This will lead to you sleeping in a very unhygienic environment that might impact your health.
