American singer Toni Braxton loses sister to cancer

Traci, the younger sister of singer, Toni Braxton, has died following a year-long battle with cancer, at the age of 50.

According to TMZ, the actress, who had starred in Sinners Wanted, There’s a Stranger in my House and Chaaw, had been ‘quietly’ battling cancer for a year.

Announcing her sister’s death, Toni, said, “It is with the utmost regret that we inform you of the passing of our sister, Traci. Needless to say, she was a bright light, a wonderful daughter, an amazing sister, a loving mother, a wife, and a respectable grandmother. We will miss her dearly. Traci passed this morning as the snow was falling, our angel is now a snowflake.”
