California sentences Nicki Minaj’s husband
Rapper, Nicki Minaj’s husband, Kenneth Petty, was on Wednesday sentenced to three years of probation by a US federal judge for failing to register as a sex offender.
According to CBS Los Angeles, Petty is also on a one-year house arrest and has been ordered to pay a fine of $55, 000.
The 44-year-old did not register as a sex offender in California when he moved with Nicki Minaj, thus flouting one of the conditions of his conviction.
Petty was convicted of attempted rape and spent over four years in prison.
