The Labour party, LP presidential candidate, Peter Obi has redefined the Obidient movement following the incessant backlash from opposition parties.

National Daily reports that the former governor of Anambra state, Obi via the microblogging platform, Twitter on Saturday gave a new definition to the movement.

The ‘Obidient’ movement’ is a group made up of Nigerians who have pledged their allegiance to Obi but have in recent times faced heavy criticism from members of opposition parties who have tagged the movement as angry and unruly lots attacking non-supporters online.

Following the constant backlash, Peter Obi via his verified handle redefined it into;

“O – Organized
 B – broad-based
 I – Inclusive
D – democratic
 I – international
 E – excellence-driven
 N – Nigerians from every ethnic group.
 T – Transparency in governance. -PO”
