Odinga respects Supreme Court’s judgement but disagrees with decision
Raila Odinga on Monday said that he has respected the judgment of the Supreme Court in Kenya which upheld the victory of Deputy President William Ruto in the august presidential election. he, however, expressed that he strongly disagree “vehemently” with the decision.
Odinga in a statement acknowledged the unanimous decision of the Supreme Court Judges, declaring: “We have always stood for the rule of law and the constitution. In this regard, we respect the opinion of the court although we vehemently disagree with their decision today.”
