Bandits kidnap Catholic Priest, Rev. Fr Abraham Kunat, in Kaduna
Bandits in the mid night hours of Tuesday kidnapped a priest of the Catholic Church, Reverend Father Abraham Kunat, in Kachia Local Government Area, Kaduna State.
The Chancellor of the Archdiocese of Kaduna, Reverend Father Christian Emmanuel, in a statement, indicated that Father Abraham Kunat, Parish Priest of St. Bernard Catholic Church, Idon Gida in Kachia Local Government, was kidnapped at St Mulumba, Kurmin Sara, in Kachia Local Government Area at about 12.30am on Tuesday.
Emmanuel disclosed that Kunat has been living at Saint Mulumba parish for a long time because of the insecurity situation in the area.
