Bribe-seeking police officers assault, threaten to kill youth over N100
A group of yet-to-be identified police officers on stop-and-search duty, have been caught on video assaulting and threatening to kill some youth in Warri, Delta State.
According to one of the victims, the policemen had accosted them to search their vehicle documents and demanded for N100. The youth refused to part with the money and the officers unleashed terror.
In a viral clip, the police officers can be seen wielding a knife, baton, and gun while saying, “You dey craze? Are you mad? I will kill you here” to the terrified youth who had to abandon their car and flee into the nearby bush.
