President Tinubu denies viral ‘Tinubu Speaks’ statement
Abuja, Nigeria – President Bola Tinubu has categorically denied the authenticity of a viral statement titled “Tinubu Speaks,” which was falsely attributed to him.
Presidential spokesman Ajuri Ngelale addressed inquiries on Saturday, firmly dismissing the message as fake.
“Based on recent inquiries, I wish to reiterate that this is fake and does not emanate from the Presidency,” Ngelale stated.
The fabricated statement, widely shared on social media, purported to be a speech from President Tinubu addressing the nation’s economic challenges.

The Presidency has urged the public to disregard the false statement and to rely only on verified communications from official channels.
