After invasion, Osun LP Gov Candidate turns spiritual
Mr. Lasun Yusuff, the Labour Party candidate for the Osun governorship election on July 16, has responded to the Monday gunfire at his Ilobu residence.
Yusuff had alerted the world via his Twitter account about a gunman attack on his home on Monday.
His media assistant, Wole Oladimeji, confirmed the incident and claimed that the ex-House of Representatives deputy speaker and family members, who had come home to celebrate the Eid Kabir celebration, were all inside the residence when the gunmen struck early on Monday.
Hours later, in response, Yusuff cited a phrase from an Islamic text against malicious plotters.
And (remember) when the unbelievers conspired, Jesus continued.
