APC chides Obaseki on demolition of over 80 buildings in Edo
The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Edo State has chided Governor Godwin Obaseki over the demolition of more than 80 houses by the Edo Sate government in Benin City.
The APC in Edo at a media briefing noted that the party is not opposed to urban renewal, but protested that the right of the people and the rule of law must be complied with by the state government. The party, therefore, berated Governor Obaseki for the forceful demolition of over 80 houses at the airport road area of Benin City by the state government.
