Court remands Benue doctor in prison for allegedly revealing patient’s information online
A Benue State Magistrate Court sitting in Makurdi the Benue State capital has remanded a medical doctor, Kadev Kenneth Kelvin, at the Federal Correctional facility in Makurdi over alleged cyberstalking.
Dr Kadev, in a Facebook comment on March 12, 2023, had revealed that he stitched the lacerated anus of the Benue State publicity secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Bemgba Iortyom, after he was sôdomized in Abuja prison in 2017.
