Doma United FC players escape death in bus accident

A near-to-be tragedy struck the Nigerian Professional Football League over the weekend as Doma United FC players was reportedly involved in a road accident while returning to Gombe after a match.

According to the report by NPFL News via X, the incident occurred along the Makurdi-Lafia road, leaving several players injured, though no lives were lost.

“Doma United was involved in a road accident, many players injured, no lives lost. The bus somersaulted several times, but it is a soothing relief that no lives were lost,” Pooja reported via his X.
