Ebute Meta 3-story building before collapse

Before its collapse, the three story building on Ibadan street, Ebute Metta, was said to have been marked down by the Lagos building authorities.

The residents, however, refused to comply with the state.

It collapsed late at night on Sunday, May 1, while occupants were at home.

More than five victims have been pulled out dead, while over 20 have been rescued.
