Economist slams Atiku for using his proposal without his consent
Development economist, Dr Odilim Enwegbara, has claimed that the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, Atiku Abubakar, is using his economic proposal without his consent.
In an interview with Arise TV, he made this disclosure.
Enwegbara claimed that before the 2019 election, he help Atiku to draft the economic development plan titled “A Trillion Dollar Economy In Four Years.”
He added that he might file a lawsuit against Atiku for continuing to use his ideas without his permission.
Enwegbara said, “Three or four months before we did election, I was approached to help Atiku put together an economic blueprint, which I did. It was voluminous. Everything you can think of on how to revive Nigeria’s economy. It was called, ‘A Trillion Dollar Economy In Four Years.’ Atiku was appreciative. Everyone was happy. It was detailed.
“The only thing that is unfair is that Atiku hasn’t gotten in touch with me to get my permission even to keep using that material.
“It’s unfortunate because I might urge my attorneys to follow up with him and inquire as to how in the world you’re exploiting my document.
