Elon Musk polls followers on reinstating suspended accounts
The Chief Executive Officer of Twitter, Elon Musk, polled his followers on Twitter on when to reinstate accounts he suspended for tweeting his location.
This comes after he banned several media accounts for violating the platform’s new policy prohibiting the sharing of location information.
Musk tweeted a poll on Friday titled “Unsuspend accounts who doxxed my exact location in real-time,” with the options “Now,’ ‘Tomorrow,’ ‘Seven days from now,’ and ‘No longer.’
After he ended the poll, 43% of users voted ‘Now,’ 4.5% voted ‘Tomorrow,’ 14.4% voted ‘7 days from now,’ and 38.1% voted ‘No longer’.
Dismissing the poll for having too many options, he set up another one which is currently running. This one has only two options, ‘Now’ and ‘In 7 Days’.
