French President, Macron suffers another insider attack
French President Emmanuel Macron was hit with an egg while he was visiting Lyon on Monday to promote French gastronomy.
Footage from Lyon Mag showed the egg bouncing off the president’s shoulder area, without breaking, as he walked through a crowd while a protester shouted “Vive la revolution” (long live the revolution).
A man was arrested after the incident at the international catering, hotel and food trade fair in the city, French media said.
Back in June, Macron was slapped on his face By a man greeting the crowd in the town of Tain-l’Hermitage in the southeast France.

Damian Tarrell, 28, was sentenced to four months in prison and another 14 months suspended sentence.
Tarrel was banned from public office and possession of weapons for five years.
In court, the defendant described himself as a right-wing or extreme “patriot” and a member of the Yellow Vest economic protest that rocked Mr Macron’s president in 2018 and 2019.
He told a court in the southeastern city of Valence that the attack was unplanned and impulsive, triggered by anger at France’s “decline.”
A spokeswoman for Macron’s office did not answer a request for comment.
