Meet Gabriel Barajas, the man and the mind behind the exponential rise of his restaurant Quieres TacosWay no

His passion, coupled with his commitment and hard work, led him towards creating the best family-oriented restaurant all about Tacos.

This is a great sight to behold, looking at how some entrepreneurs, especially youngsters, have been putting every possible effort to cross boundaries and creating their unique niche in whatever they choose to do in their lives and careers.
One such man, who only knew how important it was to turn his goals into reality, made sure to work incessantly and today is the proud owner of the one of a kind family-oriented restaurant all about Tacos, named Quieres TacosWay; he is Gabriel Barajas.
Talking about his journey to success, Gabriel Barajas mentions how everything was challenging always at every stage of his life, where his family struggled financially.
However, along his journey, he learned many things, such as the value of people and relations and this also shaped him into the individual he is today.
Even after having no proper resources or finances, they kept working harder each day and today have reached a position where other foodpreneurs and restaurant owners take inspiration from.
Born in San Fernando, Gabriel Barajas lived there until 5 years of age. They shifted to Mexico, and his father began with working for Gracianas Tortillas.
From selling Tortillas in Mexico to coming back to the US, where they belonged and looking out for ways to make ends meet, they still stuck by each other.
Gabriel Barajas confesses how at the beginning, they came up with a Mexican furniture store, which was his father’s idea. It did well, and the youngster even bought his first house, which motivated him to open another store in Canoga Park. However, facing certain setbacks, he started selling hotdogs outside the DMV.
Finally, the idea of TacosWay hit him and took over a small restaurant on Roscoe, creating his menu. He reveals how social media has been a boon to his business, and utilizing its resources and tools helped him scale his business, which has a slow start at the beginning.
With creating more videos and making more noise around his menu and restaurant, people starting coming up in huge numbers, and today they have become a prominent brand already.
 Within four years, Gabriel Barajas opened four more restaurants and is grateful that people love what they serve, making the best Mexican food and micheladas in California and beyond.
