NIDCOM boss, Dabiri-Erewa knocks APC South-West caucus meeting without women
The Chairman of the Nigerians In Diaspora Commission, Abike Dabiri-Erewa, has frowned at the meeting of the leaders of the ruling All Progressives Congress in the South West which had no woman present.
The meeting held on Friday in Lagos.
In a tweet on Saturday, Abike shared a photo from the meeting and said, “Hmnnn! Meeting of Apc SouthWest Elders/ leaders.NOT ONE SINGLE WOMAN!From the whole of the SouthWest Dia is God oooooo.”
In another tweet, she said, “Not about me my sister, We have a SW Woman leader. Anyway, the point is there must be a deliberate inclusion of women. And we have a whole lot of capable women.”
The meeting of the leaders had ended in a resolution, demanding the return of presidency to the region.
