NLC slams Uzodinma over brutality of Labour President, Ajero
The Nigerian Labour Congress (NLC) has slammed Governor Hope Uzodinma over the brutality of the Congress’s President, Comrade Joe Ajero, in Imo State last week.
The NLC in a mass campaign declared: “This man and his thugs in conjunction with the Imo State Police Command, maltreated, brutalized and humiliated, Nigeria workers President, NLC President in Imo State for asking for workers rights.”

The NLC further described the Imo State governor as: “Hopeless Hope”; “Chief Thuggery Officer, Sen. Hope Uzodinma – The Oppressor”.
Labour, accordingly, declared, inter alia: “Hope Uzodinma is worst than a bandit…”

Comrade Joe Ajero was whisked away to unknown destination in Owerri, Imo State, last week when he went to lead the Organised Labour on a protest of government negligence of workers welfare.
