Osinbajo hosts EU election observers’ delegation
Vice President Yemi Osinbajo SAN hosted the European Union (EU) Election Observers delegation at the State House, Abuja, on Monday to a closed-door meeting. National Daily gathered that the delegation was led by the EU Chief Elections Observer, Barry Andrews, including the EU Ambassador to Nigeria, Ms. Samuela Isopi.

They were said to have deliberated on the 2023 general elections in Nigeria, which the delegation assured the Vice President of the support of their respective countries.
National Daily gathered that in an earlier meeting with the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila, the EU Chief Elections Observer, Barry Andrews, notified Speaker Gbajabiamila that the delegation had developed a reliable data-collection methodology for proper reporting of the electoral process in Nigeria.
The delegation had reassured Vice President Osinbajo of transparent and objective monitor of the 2023 general elections in Nigeria to ensure proper reporting.
