Phillips prepared to force Villa move
Leeds United midfielder Kalvin Phillips is expected to reject a new contract with the club as he looks to force a move to Aston Villa, according to a report in the Sun.
Villa, who were recently promoted to the Premier League, are not willing to make an improved offer on their current £15 million ($18.5m) bid.
However, the 23-year-old is apparently willing to turn down the offer from the Elland Road side in order to put pressure on.
in other news, Palace star Benteke wanted by two Chinese clubs.
Crystal Palace have been approached by agents for two Chinese clubs regarding the possibility of signing Christian Benteke, according to the Sun.
The Belgium international, who scored just one goal in 16 Premier League appearances in 2018-19, is valued at £32 million ($40m) by Palace.
However, the club may have to settle for a price as low as £15m ($18.5m).
