Photos: Gov visits Bauchi community over unrest from blasphemy claim
Governor of Bauchi State, Bala Mohammed, on Saturday visited the Katangan area of Warji Local Government where there was rampage earlier over alleged blasphemy.
The incident was said to have been caused after a Christian allegedly posted a video which allegedly blasphemed Islam and Prophet Mohammed.
Meanwhile the police command spokesperson, Ahmed Wakil, has said, “scores of people were injured while six houses, seven shops were burnt down.”
