Bukar’s journey to the Correctional Centre started when he was arrested by operatives of  the Gombe Zonal Command of the  EFCC for  stealing  a sum of N100,000.00 (One Hundred Thousand Naira), belonging to  Mohammed Abubakar Sahabi, a mobile phone/accessories seller. He was investigated, prosecuted and convicted.
