According to a statement obtained by , ICE confirmed that the 25-year-old Italian national, originally from Senegal, was taken into custody on June 6 at Harry Reid International Airport in Las Vegas for immigration violations.
Lame had entered the U.S. on April 30 and exceeded the permitted stay. He was granted voluntary departure on the same day and has since exited the country.
